*If more than 13 months pass between maintenance visits, membership pricing no longer applies and regular service pricing will be charged. A heavy tartar fee may also be added based on your pet's size.
*Not valid on your Pet's first visit.
*No other discounts may be applied to the membership or any of the maintenance services offered.
*Must be referred for regular visits at minimum 2 times per year.
*Any abuse of membership; like sharing private link with friends or family, automatically disqualifies you and your pet from the membership and SCPD, Inc. reserves the right to refuse services at any time.
